In All Friendships...

Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and
let those few be well tried before you give
them your confidence. True friendship is
a plant of slow growth, and must undergo
and withstand the shocks of adversity before
it is entitled to the appellation.

Very nice photo; 2 beautiful ladies. I really like the comment by George Washington. The combination of your photo and the quote reminds me of something said by George Washington Carver... "How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these."
