{Friday Sunshine}

Keep your face towards the SUN and
your shadows will fall behind you.
-Walt Whitman

I got this devo. hidden in my email.
I almost missed it.
Glad I did not. Too uplifting not to share.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. "
(Hebrews 11:1, NKJVT)

TODAY'S WORD

Are you expecting your dreams to come true? It's important to look beyond present circumstances and believe for God's best. Someone battling sickness may say, "I could never be healthy." Or, "This report from the doctor says too many things are wrong with me." What they don't realize is their lack of faith is holding them back from receiving God's best. They allow adversities to keep them from moving forward. And that's just what the enemy wants, to keep your dreams from taking root and being fulfilled.

Our God-given dreams are like seeds planted deep within our hearts. For those dreams to grow, they must take root. Having faith for your dream means you believe it on the inside before it takes place on the outside. In other words, you've got to see those dreams coming to pass no matter what's going on around you.

Get a vision on the inside of what God wants for you. He wants you to accomplish the plans He's put in your heart. Look out through eyes of faith and see your dreams coming to pass. See yourself walking in abundance in every area of life!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

"Heavenly Father, I know what you've put on the inside of me. By faith I see the dreams you've given me coming to pass, no matter what my circumstances are. I am full of Your power and I'm ready to become everything you created me to be. In Jesus' Name.
Amen"

Just a little Friday hope for you.

Oh Happy Day!

{Quiet Confidence • I love this quote}

Talking with Quiet Confidence
will always beat
Screaming with obvious Insecurity.

I'm just saying...and well solidly learning too!
With quiet confidence of course. And a smile.

Strength and dignity are her clothing and her position is strong and secure;
she rejoices over the future and can smile at the days to come.
Proverbs 31:25

Thank you my friend for reminding me of this verse.

Hope life finds you feeling bright in your soul today!

{A Little SugarBoo for ya!}

Because everyone needs a little SugarBoo for life..and for your walls. {Ahem!}
I love this sign above! Just a good way to live a life!

I was at the Atlanta Merchandise Market this weekend for their March Show.
It brought concern to the economy still. I mean I am used to going to market
and getting hit in the heels with those crazy wheel cart deals buyers use
or getting ready to pass out in a elevator for all the people but my sister, Gretchen,
Mom and I always find giggles in those elevators. No, we are not right!
But my family will always find laughter in hard. It is just the way we are with one another.
Or, I am speaking and outloud...
the economy is on its way to better stage!
Just sayin.
On the good side, it was as if we had the Mart to ourselves in a way.

So many pretties to fill my mind with creative ideas,
so many companies of ideas that we came up with that we best get started!
Also, so many yummy lovelies, I know wish to fill my home with all the way to beautiful.

It was just a really good day with laughter even over hard life stuff!
It was one of those days that I looked back and thought, what a solid-good day!
I love that with my family that we can find our way to smiles, always.
Not to mention that each person in my family is very creative,
Get us in the room together....the ideas/inspiration goes wild and it is perfect.

I love that!

We went into the SugarBoo showroom.
It was just cool in there as we kept stating to one another...
"Read this one, no read this one!"
And I know many of you already have some Sugarboo in your home and you should!
We just would smile, and Ohhh, or a giggle would happen when we did this.
Family!

I have loved quotes since I was a little girl.
Seems they help at times to put a little joy in my soul on any given kind of day.
Just good sometimes to put a little extra sunshine and a great smile in one's soul.
Ok that along with prayer and surrender.

anyhoo...

I left with the thought....

WHY DIDN'T I COME UP WITH THIS CONCEPT?!!!!!
ahem...silly me!

But...SugarBoo did and I think they are great!
Out of all the Showrooms this one impacted me the most.
I am a quote girl after all!
Just something good and I thought I would share.

Here are a few others too... Enjoy
This on "Adored" below was one of many words you could hang randomly on a wall to say something cleaver in sugary sweetness. I purchased one of these a while back that states "SUNSHINE" it is in my kitchen and I love it!
Yes my friends...pillow quotes too!

Oh and I will do just as this quote reads.
Smile to the sky and say mwah, thank you for blessing me big!
In the midst of whatever my life is doing, I try to say this now too!

and I always loved this song.
Hoping you Monday rest of the day, well Perfect
and go and find you some SugarBoo...it will make your heart sing and smile!

{Friday Yeah!}

It's Finally Friday...Too Good to Be True!

Wishing I could bottle this weather and send it right to your door!
I would if I could.

The weather in a word: Gorgeous!

It has rained all week and although I am appreciative of rain,
the SUN is shining and I am beside myself thankful.
Just keeping it real!

I bet it feels wonderful too as I view it
outside my office window with work to still do!
Yes, yes my eyes should be on task looking at my computer and not out the window.
Back to work for me!

I think spring might well be here!

Wishing you a perfect and beautiful kind of weekend!

{Happy St. Patty's Day Thought}

For Today:

I woke up early waiting to see what Beth Moore had to say.
She is like E.F. Hutton to me. When she speaks I listen. Just saying.
I watch her every Wednesday morning before the rooster starts crowing next door.
Yes, I said rooster next door. No I really don't live in the country, smile.
But the rooster thinks he does, smile!

Beth shared a verse that I thought was something good to write on the heart today.

"Stay Alert, Stand Firm in your Faith, SHOW COURAGE, Be Strong."
1 Corinthians 16:13 (NET)

I love that!

Beth then said as I was writing my notes quickly...

• Simply -Walk it out!

• Jesus is Brave, and I am going to walk these steps in FAITH because Jesus lives in me.

• Consider what COURAGE looks like in light of and in the midst
of your situation. See what God says about it and then
act as if Courageous and know that God is right in the very center of that courage.
and well,.....DO WHAT COURAGE WOULD DO.
So simple!
That is walking it out Trust in Christ, to write the story well.

Praying and hoping with all my heart your steps before you solid~good today
and that your heart is just filled with smiles and gladness.

God has your back today and always.
Trust him. He can be trusted.

Pinky Promise with all my heart I will trust Him with everything in me too!

Are you game? Please say yes.

Happy St. Patricks Day to Ya!

My apologies for being out of the blogging world.
I have read your blogs but would rather write heartfelt comments and not just something random.
Just crazy~daisy work efforts as of late that have my attention.
I promise to be back in the swing of things soon.

{Spark of Heavenly Fire}

"There is in every true woman's heart a spark of heavenly fire, which
lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity; but which kindles
up, and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity."

-- Washington Irving

Just a little something to inspire your day!

Work is crazy in deadlines.
In gratefulness, multiple clients, so when there is no room
left for time to play on this blog as I would wish,
a quote to inspire might just be worthwhile.

And find some good and perfect sunshine right smack dab in the midst
and just exceed expectations in work effort.

You know....7 dwarfs kind of grateful~hard work!

No...no I am not going to start singing that "Hi Ho" Song!
Now that I think about it....I might!
Just kidding.

Happy Thursday to You!

Hope you find good sunshine all over you!

{Friday Thought}

There are moments in your life
that make you and sets the course
of who you're going to be
deep in the character of your soul
and how you will walk this life.

Sometimes they're little, subtle moments.
Sometimes they're big moments you never saw coming.

No one asks for their live to change, but it does.
It's what you do afterwards that counts!

That's when you find out the deep of who you are
and what you are made of.

...it just is!

Hopefully it is something Solid and Amazing!

Happy Friday!!! Hoping it is filled with sweet smiles and much success.

{Bright Thinking}

"Happiness is inside your body.
You just have to find out which body part it's in!"
-Soeger Joster (7 years old)

...I love that!

I did not write this below, but read it and it brought sunshine to my thinking.
So sharing with you too. Enjoy.

During the course of a single day, thousands of
thoughts flow through our minds.
Some of them give us life as they build us up, while others
tear us down and steal our hope.

You were not created to be ruled by negative thoughts.
God's desire for you is to take control of your thoughts and
live life to the fullest, experiencing His goodness,
favor and blessings no matter what you're facing.

You can't always control which thoughts come…
but you can decide which ones you allow to stay around.

The Bible says that as a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7).
It's so important to understand that our
actions are determined by the way we think.

So many times, we replay the same negative thoughts over and over.
When negativity and doubt set in and stay in your mind,
it is nearly impossible to set a course toward God's best plans for your life.

In Psalm 77, the psalmist cries out to God as he wrestles with his thoughts.
He says he's in deep trouble, he's overwhelmed with
longing for God's help, he can't sleep and he feels rejected.

We all struggle at one point or another with thoughts that take us
down the wrong path. But God wants us to start thinking on
positive things – things that give hope and life.
When we do this, we'll begin to experience greater
victory and see ourselves rising to new levels.

Remember, when you take control of your thoughts,
you ultimately take control of your life.
This is just the beginning of what God wants to do in you and through you.
He's got a great plan for your life to make a mark in this world!
-J. O.

Happy~wonderful day to you!

{Friday Thought}

Today -
There will be moments of doubt.
There will be moments of fear.
They'll grow if you indulge them.
So focus forward in the great possibilities ahead and
trust in a solid kind of true smile~filled~faith.

Faith
Faith is not belief with out proof,
but complete trust without reservation.

{Faith - Fear = Peace!}
I like that kind of hope.

Wishing you that kind of peace throughout your day.

Hoping Your Weekend Wonderful!

{Challenge: Smile of Soul~Shine...I dare you.}

What does that even mean? Who knows? I am guessing ecstatic {smile}.

I gently smiled and decided to take this challenge today and try.

I guess I just see it is possible beyond whatever lays heavy on a heart to really be willing.
You know the kind of willing that beyond all circumstances to just lean in and
let joy fill a heart, my heart, to the full, until it is overflowing.

Yes people, I said overflowing! I am not even kidding you. I am not, smile!

The kind of solid that holds hope.

And well, sprinkle a bit of Soul~Shine all over you
and encourage you to find solid joy too beyond all trials big or tiny.

...are you willing?

I hope yes.
I am just saying please try with me.

A great verse below if you are interested.

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:4-9

Oh and lastly. Today is my sister, Kelly and brother-in-law, R.J.'s anniversary.

I want to tell you I admire you for walking this journey of life together NO MATTER WHAT.

I love you both big and it is my joy and just well find it very cool to be a part of your lives.

Smiles to your day.
